A former COO of a dot.com, Dusty spent 30+ years as a senior operations and technology executive for large financial services companies before forming his own consulting practice in 2005. Since that time he has operated a business and technology consulting firm focused on assisting startups in their planning and development including the design and implementation of technology plans. Many of these engagements required the development of the company's online marketing strategy leading to the identification of resources that could execute on the strategy.
A 10+ year career in IT and online marketing. With formal education that included accounting, math, and information systems, he started his career managing the technology of a call center operation with inbound and outbound voice and data transactions where he focused on driving traffic, generating leads, with an emphasis on conversion of those leads to customers. This led to the development of his own online marketing company specializing in search engine optimization and paid search campaigns.
